| The TS Eyepiece and Accessory Case is a carefully chosen collection of accessories for your telescope. We took care not to put a randomly selected mix of eyepieces into a case, but create an assortment of accessories and eyepieces that will function on many different telescopes and complement one another perfectly. All items are stored in a beautiful foam-lined aluminium case. Our TS Eyepiece and Accessory Case is a wonderful addition to the basic accessories included in our telescopes. We offer it only together with selected TS telescopes - wherever you find the image of the eyepiece case you can order the eyepiece case together with the telescope. Similar eyepiece cases without wide angle eyepiece and without photo adaptor are advertised as "worth 700 Euro". |

TS Super Plossl Eyepieces (32mm, 9mm, 6mm) These eyepieces have a very bright image and an excellent contrast. They are fully multi-coated (not just multi-coated like other Plossls) and blackened on the inside. As a result their optical performance is at the same high level that is normally only achieved by much more expensive eyepieces. The 32mm Super Plossl offers the largest true field of view possible with 1.25" eyepieces. This makes it perfectly suited for finding objects and for observing large objects like many gas nebulae or the famous Andromeda galaxy. The 6mm and 9mm Super Plossls offer higher magnifications suitable for planetary and lunar observation. |

TS Wide Angle eyepiece - 15mm focal length The TS Wide Angle eyepiece is a wonderful all-purpose eyepiece with an excellent viewing comfort and a large field of view. Of course this eyepiece is fully multi-coated and has blackened lens edges for an excellent contrast. With its well thought-out lens design the Wide Angle 15mm eyepiece can be combined with a Barlow lens - many other wide angle eyepieces fail in this respect. On most telescopes this eyepiece will render a magnification well suited for observing the moon or even the planets. At the same time the image will remain comfortably bright for observing faint nebulae, star clusters and galaxies. With its large apparent field of view large objects will still be seen as a whole. In our eyepiece case it closes the gap between the 32mm Super Plossl and the 9mm Super Plossl. |

TS Barlow lens 1.5x & 2x As we do on our eyepieces we also take especial care of the quality of our Barlow lenses. This achromatic Barlow lens is fully multi-coated, its all-metal body leaves nothing to be desired. When trying to achieve high magnifications there is often no alternative to a good Barlow lens if you want to keep the comfortable eye relief of your longer focal length eyepieces. The Barlow lens can be used with each eyepiece in our TS Eyepiece and Accessory Case, even with the 15mm wide angle eyepiece. |

TS Colour Filter Set Our TS colour filters are well-made and offer a good optical performance. The thin metal body holds the glasses without distorting them. Also, with a 1.25" filter thread on both sides, you will be able to combine several filters. If you use colour filters on the planets you will be able to squeeze out even more details. The filters are carefully chosen to supplement one another. The following filters are included in the TS eyepiece case: light yellow, dark yellow, blue, red, green. In addition we included the TS ND0.6 grey moon filter, not just a cheap dark green one! The grey filter will permit 25% of the light to pass through it - if the moon or one of the planets is too bright to be viewed comfortably this will be a very helpful tool! Of course you can also combine it with the colour filters. |

Focal and Eyepiece Projection Adaptor for Photography through your Telescope The wish to capture what you see onto a film or a chip comes soon to many amateurs. Astro-imaging can be a complicated affair, but the TS focal and eyepiece projection adaptor offers a simple solution for photography with most telescopes. Just put the "TS PA" into the 1.25" focuser (or the 1.25" adaptor in your 2" focuser), then put a 1.25" eyepiece into the adaptor and attach your SLR camera using a T2 ring (we offer T2 rings for most SLR cameras). A big plus: The adaptor consists of two parts. The lower part can be used for direct (focal) photography, i.e. photography without an eyepiece between telescope and camera. Of the eyepieces in our eyepiece case you can use the 9mm and 6mm Super Plossl. For photography with telescopes that have limited focus travel (most notably, many Newtonian telescopes) you should attach the lens element of the TS Barlow lens to the 1.25" barrel of the TS PA. That way you will be able to get into focus even on those telescopes. |
What does the Eyepiece Case cost?
| Only offered in a set together with chosen TS telescopes: We offer the eyepiece case at an extremely low price. In order to do this we can only offer this case together with chosen telescopes from our TS product range. Whenever you find the small image of the TS eyepiece case in our product description you can order the eyepiece case at the same time of your order of the complete telescope - Optical Tube Assemblies (OTA) are excepted. Later orders cannot be accepted. Price - only in combination with an order of specially marked TS telescopes....................................................... SEK 1795.- The TS eyepiece case is a true bargain offer. Unfortunately we are unable to offer this eyepiece case separately for this reason. |
